Refund & Cancellation Policy
How to cancel your Premium subscription and when you are entitled to a refund.

HuurScanner (huurscanner.nl) is a search platform for rental homes. For Premium (a monthly subscription of €14.99 per month, cancellable monthly) the following cancellation and refund conditions apply. Dutch law applies to this policy. Payments and refunds are processed via Stripe, our payment processor. Subsequent months are collected automatically via SEPA Direct Debit.
1. No right of withdrawal (digital service starting immediately)
Premium is a digital service delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. After purchase there is therefore no cooling-off period or automatic money-back guarantee.

2. How do you cancel?
Premium is a monthly subscription that you can cancel monthly via your dashboard. After cancellation your access continues until the end of the current paid monthand is not renewed thereafter. There is no notice period and no further amounts are collected after the end of the cancelled month.

3. Access while subscribed
As long as your subscription is active you retain full access to all Premium features. After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for; after that your account reverts to a free account and no further amounts are collected.
4. How does the refund work?
All payments and refunds are processed via Stripe. An approved refund is always refunded to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase. The processing time is usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Refunds
Because Premium is a digital service delivered immediately, there is in principle no right to a refund of a subscription month that has already started after purchase. You can of course cancel at any time so that the next month is no longer collected. Do you have a special reason?
